Over the past decade, his visionary leadership has propelled the firm from 150 employees and $ 60 million in revenue to a massive operation boasting 1,350 employees and over $ 450 million in annual sales.

Under his guidance, Fournier has amassed the largest fleet of heavy equipment in Eastern Canada and successfully negotiated most of the region’s significant mass excavation mandates. Jérémi currently manages a complex group of over fifteen companies and joint ventures, including three strategic acquisitions made within the last five years. This aggressive expansion has significantly diversified the firm's service offerings across mining, concrete, aggregates, transport, and heavy civil. His strategic foresight and operational discipline have firmly established the company as an indispensable partner for major industrial and resource development projects across multiple provinces and territories.

Jérémi’s expertise is deeply rooted in a lifetime of hands-on experience. Having worked in the family business for nearly twenty-five years, he has held nearly every role—from laborer to operator to supervisor, project manager, accountant, maintenance manager and Vice President—giving him unparalleled credibility and a profound understanding of field realities. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, he expertly balances aggressive corporate expansion with rigorous compliance and quality governance enabling the company to be named one of the Canada’s Best Managed Companies.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Jérémi is deeply committed to community and industry engagement. He has forged strong, respectful partnerships with several First Nations communities, ensuring that economic development benefits local populations. He also served as the President of the Val-d'Or Chamber of Commerce and is sitting on different junior mining company Boards. Known for his authentic, open-door leadership style, Jérémi spends significant time in the field, building trust and maximizing employee retention. By completing the third-generation buyout before the age of 40, Jérémi has not only secured the future of L.
